Here it is almost midnight Thursday, I sit filling out the final entries to the great apron giveaways. The sites filling with wonderful comments on the creative works of art. (Crossing my fingers to be a lucky girl and even if not I have found new shopping sites that are sure to please my family and friends.) I like many of them, but I think my favorite is the 1940 Retro, which I think was the first one on the list. The colors are perfect for my kitchen and it looks like it might be slimming which is perfect for me!

Wow - what a nice and gracious give-a-way! I love to wear aprons now. I grew up wearing them especially for clean up of Sunday dinners in the 50s and 60s. Back then we wore our good Sunday clothes for dinner. Then I never wore them for years and started a few years ago to wear one while baking. I have several vintage aprons that my mother and MIL wore.
